This E-Pay portal for online payment has been directly integrated with eGRAS, the online receipt system developed by the State Government of Rajasthan. Hence, the fine deposited through the E-Pay portal will be directly transferred into revenue account of State Government, the note explained.
Fines should use online payment mode using Net Banking, Credit/Debit card or BHIM UPI. After the successful payment, a receipt containing all the particulars of payment can be downloaded from the E-Pay portal.
This receipt should be presented by the concerned party before Court as a proof of online payment of fine, the note stated.

A specialized weblink to access the facility of the E-Pay portal for online Court fees and fines is available on the website of Rajasthan High Court, along with detailed user manuals and a step-by-step guide illustrating the process on how to avail these facilities.
After the initiation of COVID-19 lockdown, the facility of online filing of fresh cases, applications and documents was initiated through email before the Rajasthan High Court and subordinate courts. Hearing of arguments is also being done online in all cases through Video Conferencing.
