Khaitan & Co makes 16 Partners, total partner tally crosses 150 mark

Khaitan & Co recently promoted 16 Principal Associates to partnership, taking the total number of partners at the firm to 153.

Eight lawyers have been made Partner at firm’s Mumbai office. They are – Abhiraj Gandhi (Real Estate), Abhishek Dadoo (Corporate), Aditi Sharma (Direct Tax), Ashish Mehta (Direct Tax), Manavendra Mishra (Dispute Resolution), Ravitej Chilumuri (Dispute Resolution), Shabnam Shaikh (Direct Tax), and Shantanu Gupta (Corporate).

The Kolkata khaitan & co office saw four promotions – Asim Chowdhury (Direct Tax), Rahul Dhanuka (Indirect Tax), Rusha Mitra (Corporate) and Subhro Chatterjee (Real Estate).

Three lawyers from the Delhi khaitan & co office – Aditya Ganju (Dispute Resolution), Ankur Sangal (IPR), and Sarthak Sarin (Corporate) have been promoted to partnership.

Swathy Ramanath (EIR) from the Bangalore office was also among the new promotees.

The new partners and counsel are drawn from all of the firm’s market -leading practices, including Corporate, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Direct Tax, Dispute Resolution, Indirect Tax, Infrastructure, Private Client, Private Equity, Public M&A, Real Estate, TMT and White Collar Crime.

Executive Director – Human Resources of Khaitan & Co, Amar Sinhji said,
