Mr. Nitin Potdar specialises in Public & Private Mergers & Acquisitions, Cross Border Transactions and Corporate Restructuring including Asset & Share Purchase Deals, Joint Ventures/ Foreign Collaborations, PE Deals. The Legal 500 recognizes him for being ‘The Most influential & significant Lawyer in 2019’. He has been a part of several high-profile corporate takeover battles including, defending hostile bids, and has experience in Private Equity transactions including leveraged buyout transactions & exits, providing strategic and business-oriented advice to investee companies.

He has set up #IndiaPowerTalk – platform wherein he invites International Leaders speak on how to revive India growth story andhas authored the book titled ‘The GPS Paradigm’ for successful mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
