Ductus Legal is a corporate law firm working in the area of Intellectual Property Laws, Commercial Disputes, ADR, IT Laws, Company Law, Insolvency Law, Merger and Acquisitions, wherein, they have been working as the litigation partner to JK Group IT companies, Corporate Law Advisor to Pharma Companies, and as Advisor to many startups.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Firm has invited applications for an Offline internship in March through Neeti Shastra.
Eligibility: Law Students of any year, of any course.
Work Profile: Research on Corporate Laws, Cyber Laws and Startup ecosystem, drafting of agreement or notices, presentation on various topics of corporate laws.
Stipend: Rs 2500 minimum or as per the circumstances.
