Delhi High Court has decided to function with all of its Division and Single Benches sitting on all working days. The urgent matters of all kinds will be taken up from May 22.
However, non urgent matters will only be taken up by Roster Benches on resumption of regular hearings and as per the Chief Justice’s order.

So far, the Delhi HC and the subordinate courts have taken up 20,726 urgent matters during the lockdown period from 24.03.2020 to 19.05.2020.
The existing procedure of mentioning of urgent matters would continue to be in force till further orders.
