AILET 2020 tentatively scheduled for August 9; may conduct online Al-Enabled Remote Examination: NLU Delhi

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), 2020, originally scheduled for May 3 has now been tentatively scheduled to be held on August 9 from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. The entrance test conducted for admission to the National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi), has been postponed again in view of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the nationwide lockdown to curb its spread. The AILET was already postponed once for the same reason to May 31.

AILET mode of examination

The exam now scheduled for August will be a pen and paper examination for now, the University has added,

“In case of any problem in conducting pen and paper examination, the University will also explore the possibilities of conducting online Al-ENABLED REMOTE-PROCTORED EXAMINATION. In such a case, the candidates will be informed well in advance.”

The admit cards will be available on website from 24 june and The candidates are advised to keep visiting the University website frequently for latest updates related to AILET 2020.
