About Us:-

Lex Cognoscenti is a virtual learning platform. The basic purpose of this virtual platform is to disseminate legal knowledge among all. It is aimed at organizing various events for spreading legal awareness.

Eligibility Criteria:-

This Competition is open for all whoever is enthusiastic. Participation is not in anyway limited to only the law students. We appreciate students from different streams, UPSC aspirants, law professionals and everyone else to take part in this competition as Right to Information is part and parcel of Indian Democracy.

Date and Time:-

31^st August 2020 (Monday) from 07:00 PM to 07:20 PM.

Syllabus:-

The provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005
The history, development and evolution Right to Information Laws in India.
Judicial precedents and decisions relating to right to information.

Rules:-

There shall be 35 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
1 mark for each correct answer.
There shall be no negative marking.

In case of any confusion, the decisions of the Organizer shall be final
