Samv?d Partners has promoted Bangalore-based counsel Anisha Shroff and Siddharth Seshan to partner.
Shroff specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital work, and had in the past also worked in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Seshan primarily works on PE and VC deals, as well as joint ventures and general corporate advisory.
He is also a member of Samvad’s anti-corruption and compliance team.
Seshan had previously worked at Themis Associates, Archer & Angel and Vaish Associates, and has a 2009 LLM from University College London.

This takes the total size of Partners to 16 partners.
