The Allahabad High Court has launched the official website namely “Allahabad High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society” for providing legal assistance to middle income groups at nominal fees and expenses.
The official website is available in Hindi as well as in English. The proportionality of use of the scheme will increase in frequency with the diversity in the language provided.

Individuals whose gross total income is between Rs. 6,00,000/- and 12,00,000/- per annum are entitled to avail advisory including furnished free of cost (prescribed fees applicable in case matter is referred to Mediation) as well as representational services including services offered at predetermined token/nominal charge on all Civil, Criminal, Revenue and corporate matters.
The services offered will also include services before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Allahabad High Court as well as arbitration proceedings falling within the jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court for legal assistance.
These services may be availed via whatsapp, e-mail, group chats and other electronic means.
