Legal Guru Expert is a legal blog whose purpose is to spread awareness regarding practical legal procedures by writing blogs on practical legal problems as well as answering any legal problem faced by people for free.
About the Webinar
This is a two-in-one webinar comprising of a course into practical drafting with regard to arbitration procedures as well as one of practical criminal drafting, in particular criminal appeals and revision. Advocate Sagar S. Jaiswal, founding partner of Prudens Globus Legal Solutions and Advocate Avik Ghatak, alumni, Exeter University and Practitioner at High Court of Calcutta would be gracing the occasion as speakers in the workshop. Apart from the session, draft documents would also be shared as reference material which would assist the participants when they draft their first documents.
Participants can choose which session they wish to attend and whether they wish to attend both sessions.
About the Speakers:
Advocate Sagar S. Jaiswal is the founding partner of Prudens Globus Legal Solutions. He has good knowledge and experience in drafting legal documents. He has represented various Government Statutory and Autonomous bodies in Courts all across the country. He was also on the panel of various banks or tribunals such as NCLT, DRT, DRAT
Advocate Avik Ghatak is a practicing advocate in the High Court of Calcutta as well as one of the few advocates specializing in civil, criminal as well as Constitutional cases. He is an alumni of Exeter University, England and has also worked with the United Nations. He has also delivered lectures in prestigious universities all across the country.
