ABOUT THE BLUE LETTERS
We are a digital knowledge platform. Throughout human history, one of the primary reasons for socio-economic disparity has been lack of accessibility, especially to knowledge. The law, complex social structures, and the intricate concepts of various social sciences often create confusion due to their complex terminology and the sheer volume of data.
This confusion, this gap between people and information is the place where most of society’s issues take root – be it corruption, class disparity, or other forms of discrimination. Â This initiative is a small attempt from our side to bridge that gap. Our hope and objective is for a more inclusive and accessible future.
We hereby invite applications for the post of Associate Editors of The Blue Letters blog.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Blue Letters is hiring Associate Editors for the duration of 3 months (subject to extension on the basis on performance). The tasks shall include the following:
? Â Â Â First stage of review of the submissions
? Â Â Â Editing of the submissions selected after review
? Â Â Â Communicational responsibilities
? Â Â Â Other tasks depending on new initiatives of The Blue Letters
NUMBER OF VACANCIES
Four (Associate Editors)
ELIGIBILITY
? Â Â Â Undergraduate law students enrolled in 5 Year/3 Year LLB programmes can apply.
? Â Â Â Students from other streams having an inclination towards socio-legal aspects or public policy issues can also apply.
? Â Â Â Candidates having prior writing/editorial experience shall be preferred.
CERTIFICATE
The selected candidates (Associate Editors) will receive an Acknowledgement Certificate from the Board. Â Â
