ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
Neeti Shastra is a one-stop platform for the legal fraternity with the most unique services. Founded with the goal to assist law students gain practical exposure during their law school (REFRESHER CLASSES), Neeti Shastra’s continued efforts towards this cause has led to the formation of Networking Groups comprising over 700 law students from around the country engaging in fruitful discussions and deliberate exchange of legal knowledge. Apart from this, our dedication also extends to assisting recruiters in the field of law in finding suitable interns for their organisations via Associations with us. We operate with the aim of easing the internship process for both students and recruiters.
ABOUT THE REFRESHER CLASSES:
Adv. Sameer Kaushik of Sameer Kaushik and Associates having 22 years of experience as a Civil, Consumer and a Corporate Lawyer in collaboration with Neeti Shastra has graciously offered his time and expertise to teach us various important subjects like Contract, CRPC, Evidence etc. with a nominal fee depending on the duration of classes.
Charges for each subject:
Rs 500/- for short term REFRESHER CLASSES (6 sessions of 1 hour each) and Rs 800/- for long term REFRESHER CLASSES. (12 sessions of 1 hour each)
Tentative Timings:
Between 5 PM-9 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM-12 PM on the weekends.
Dates:
The classes will start from 7th November, 2020 and will end tentatively by 22nd November, 2020.
*You’ll be provided with the PPTs that is used in the classes.Syllabus as per BCI guidelines.
The batch will start when a minimum number of students enroll for each subject. (Fee will be refunded in case a batch doesn’t start immediately after 2 days of the deadline.)
