Webinar on “Laws on Marital Rapes: A Much Needed Reform”
Legal Wing is organizing a webinar on one of the most urgently required reform in the society, marital rapes i.e. rapes done by the husband itself by force after the marriage but more importantly without the consent. We are regularly working in the direction of spreading legal awareness about such issues and trying to bring the required changes for the social welfare.
About the Speaker
Advocate Ankita Wadhwa is currently practising at District Courts and High Court of Delhi, and is independently working at Arun Sharma and Associates. Her areas of expertise are civil litigation, family disputes, divorce matters and drafting and vetting of various agreements. She is also serving as a member of the Bar Association at Tiz Hazari Court.
Eligibility
Any Law/Social Sciences/Humanities student enrolled in UG/PG/M.Phil/PhD Course in any college/University is welcome to join us in the webinar.
