Moot Court Society of Law College Dehradun Faculty of Uttaranchal University presents this online National lecture on “The Commercial Courts Act, 2015: Its contemporary relevance and Jurisprudential approach” with an objective to learn about the historical background, the object, and reasons for the enactment of this Act. Not only this, through this lecture, we also endeavor to learn its present importance and application in the legal domain. This discussion will also reflect this Act’s jurisprudence and help us understand its effectiveness in the Indian legal system.
The Speaker, Mr. Dinesh Pardasani, Partner DSK Legal who is also an expert of Commercial Litigation will share his experience and knowledge on the subject matter and will engage in an effective discussion/ question-answer to clarify all sort of doubts pertaining to the topic of discussion.
