About the Webinar
This is a webinar comprising of a course into practical drafting with regard to basic corporate contract drafting. Advocate Dona Ghosh Practitioner at High Court of Calcutta would be gracing the occasion as speaker in the workshop. Apart from the session, draft documents would also be shared as reference material which would assist the participants when they draft their first documents.
About the Speakers:
Advocate Dona Ghosh is one of the few multi specialized and multi experienced advocates of the Calcutta High Court. Her experience ranges from Injunction matters, partitions, declaration suits, ejectment matters, registration matters and criminal matters in the lower courts to writs, land, arbitration, civil revision and bail and anti-bail in the Calcutta High Court. She has also practiced in the West Bengal Gratuity Courts, West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal as well as State Administrive Tribunal of West Bengal.
