The 40 Hrs online Mediation Training was successfully imparted by the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority to Advocates based in outlying stations where single judge is posted.
Twenty-four Advocates were trained on topics like psychology of conflict, negotiation, bargaining, overcoming impasse and drafting of agreements on training programme held from 27 July to 7 August 2020.
Ms. Giribala Singh & Mr. Rajiv Karmahe hosted the training programme in the capacity as the Judge Mediator/Potential Trainer which focused at settling conflicts at grass root level and resolving disputes.
