It is responsible for dissemination of significant information, educational opportunities, entertainment, and most importantly serves as a public forum for discussion of important issues and acts as a watchdog on government, business and other institutions. Historically, the importance of media was recognized during the 1450s. With rapid technological advancements and the incessantly increasing industrialization, new forms of mediums were discovered for dissemination of information and broadcasting posing innumerable challenges.
