Sir is an Advocate based in New Delhi practising across various Courts/Tribunals/Comissions including but not limited to the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Comission, Delhi District Courts, etc.
Sir’s areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Restructing and Insolvency, Real
Estate, Employment and compensation. Industtries to which Tushar has catered to include Consumer Goods and Retail; Energy, Mining and infrastructure; Financial Institution; Healthcare; Hotels, Resorts and tourism; Industries, Manufacturing and Transportation; Private Equity; Real Estate; Technology, Media and Telecommunication.
About the internship opportunity
The chambers have made available this internship opportunity and are inviting for internship through Neeti Shastra. We will be doing a preliminary check and the selected intern will be given exposure to Legal Research, Drafting and Business Development Activities.
