[E filing] Orissa HC commences use of E-Filing Portal

To aid the convenient filing of cases by Advocates and Litigants, the High Court of Orissa commenced the use of an E filing portal developed by the e-Committee of the Supreme Court of India on June 12.

 Cases can be filed by advocates at their own convenience and the E filing portal will be available 24×7.

The link contains all relevant details on the use of the portal and E filing has been provided on the High Court’s website.

Also,to keep the concerned Advocates and Parties updated, the status of e-filed cases will be regularly sent via SMS and e-mail.

 One first needs to register their details in Court’s database through a link provided on the website in order to use the portal stated the order.

Due to COVID-19, the facility of filing cases through e-mail started and in the meantime, advocates can register with the e-filing portal. Any of the above modes of filing will be accepted by the Court.
