About Memo Pundits
Memo Pundits is India’s first Mooting School for law students, founded in 2014 by Anant Gupta and Rachnendra Tripathi. It is a unique platform which imparts knowledge in the field of mooting. What sets it apart is its teaching methodology, which is far from traditional Indian online courses. All online courses are based on the Harvard University’s “Active Learning” model, which makes sure that learning is always fun!
About the Webinar
Memo Pundits is delighted to launch ‘#TheMootShow’: a series of webinars with winners of various moot competitions. Our mission is to share the knowledge and experience of these moot winners with our viewers and help them excel in their next competition.
Our special guest for the first episode of #TheMootShow is the winning team of Symbiosis Trial Advocacy Competition, 2020. In this episode we will try to explore the various nuances of a trial advocacy moot, while engaging into a friendlier discussion with the entire team. For the benefit of our viewers, we are listing down few topics which will be discussed during the the webinar :

About the Speakers
Manya Anjaria
Manya is a fourth-year law student, studying in Institute of law, Nirma University.He is doing constitution Hons. His areas of Interest are Constitutional Law, Arbitration Law and Political science. He can be spotted reading books and watching movies whenever free.
Yash Dadhich
Yash is a fourth-year law student pursuing law from Institute of Law Nirma University. He has a keen interest in criminal and constitutional law. Presently, he holds the post of secretary of legal aid clinic, ILNU and research secretary of Centre for Criminal Law & Justice.
Vinisha Jain
Vanisha is a fourth year law student at Institute of Law, Nirma University. She is doing a corporate Hons. Her areas of interest are International Criminal Law, Human Rights Law and Corporate Law. She likes to read and paint in her leisure time.
