Jurisdictio omnis is organising a Workshop On Understanding Writs. Writs play a pivotal role in every citizen’s life as it is a remedy to protect the fundamental rights. In this workshop you will acquire a deep understanding of the different kinds of Writs, their application and important case laws associated with it.
