looking for a junior colleague for my law office located at Greater Kailash, Delhi. I have a mixed practice – based primarily at the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court. Legal qualification is a prerequisite.

Good writing skills in English and in Legal Content is expected.

This is NOT for freshers.

Experience required is 1-2-3 years.

There are 3 work timing bands according to client work requirements.

1. Band one : 8 pm to 3 am, IST
2. Band two : 9 am to 6 pm, IST
3. Band three : 4 pm to 12 midnight

Selection is based on :

1. Online Entry Test with 5 parts : Pass mark is 60 %. Expectation is 70%.
2. English Essay Test with score of 70% (essay in original thoughts and words)
3. Second level test of Legal Essay editing with score of 70%.
4. Client Sample Test
5. Interview

The selection process is expected to be completed in three weeks.

Immediate joiners from among the shortlisted candidates will be preferred.

Others will be kept on the hold list.

We expect selected candidates to work on this account for around 2-3 years.

This is a FULL TIME employment in Work from Home mode.

It is NOT part time. It is NOT contractual.

The candidate is expected to have good Internet connectivity for Work from Home.

Salary + benefits as applicable.

Annual CTC range is between 4 lacs and 8 lacs per annum.

The CTC fitment will be decided based on :

1. The relevant assessed applicable experience for this role
2. Performance in the selection tests and interview.
3. Current CTC of the candidate
