The HerForum Huddle is an event designed by Her Forum to foster free-flowing conversation between a legal luminary in a field of law and women lawyers practicing and aspiring to grow in that field of law. The conversation will be hosted in a small group and will be candid, intimate, and exclusive. It is aimed to inspire questions specific to career journeys and developments in a particular field of law.

About the Speaker
For this Huddle, we are thrilled and honored to host Vandana Pai, Partner, Bharucha and Partners.
Vandana Pai is a Partner at Bharucha & Partners and heads the Investment Funds practice at the Firm. She advises on complex transactions, which include structuring and negotiating the investments and exits across sectors for leading fund houses and financial institutions. She has extensive experience advising on investments in various sectors, including healthcare, technology, financial services, FMCG, and hospitality. She has been recognised amongst the Top 100 Individual Lawyers in India by Forbes India and as a leading Lawyer for Private Equity by Chambers, IFLR and other leading publications.
