About the Program
Our Master of Laws in US Law (LLM) and Master of Comparative Law (MCL) Program is about 40 years old, and has over 500 alumni all around the world, many of whom stay in contact and refer their friends to us.
Our LLM/MCL program is the ideal size, with 10-20 students per year, to ensure that each student is personally supported by the program’s director and administrator. And while our LLM students become friends with many of our US students, we also provide a special student lounge on campus for only LLM students to relax in.
As an LLM/MCL student you will be welcomed into student organizations along with US (JD) students. Our JD student body is one of the most diverse in the US, and as the oldest law school in San Diego, we have many alumni working in all positions throughout the city. So we welcome you to explore the beautiful warmth of San Diego and the friendly warmth of our CWSL community.
