Purpose and Scope of position
To support closure of legal documentation required for the company
Location (Starbucks)

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Draft leave and license / lease agreement/ property related documentation
- Prepare vendor related drafts/ contracts/ agreement
- Prepare/draft any legal documentation required for the company
- Co-ordinate with law firms for conducting due diligence
- Handle and co-ordinate with cross functions within the company for completion of legal documentation
- Assist the Manager-Legal in roles and responsibilities with the Legal function
- Track/prepare report of the legal data
- Update the status/ report on internal legal system
- Support consolidation of data required for legal department
- Collaborate with other legal team members in closing legal related assignment
- Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in Property law
- Education: L.L.B (Candidates who have graduated from Government Law College or top 3 law colleges should be given priority)
