Purpose and Scope of position

To support closure of legal documentation required for the company

Location (Starbucks)


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Draft leave and license / lease agreement/ property related documentation
  • Prepare vendor related drafts/ contracts/ agreement 
  • Prepare/draft any legal documentation required for the company
  • Co-ordinate with law firms for conducting due diligence 
  • Handle and co-ordinate with cross functions within the company for completion of legal documentation
  • Assist the Manager-Legal in roles and responsibilities with the Legal function
  • Track/prepare report of the legal data
  • Update the status/ report on internal legal system
  • Support consolidation of data required for legal department 
  • Collaborate with other legal team members in closing legal related assignment
  • Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in Property law
  • Education: L.L.B (Candidates who have graduated from Government Law College or top 3 law colleges should be given priority)
