About the Internship Opportunity

Morgan Stanley recognizes that successful careers today often do not follow a traditional path.  Return to Work 2021 is an opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken a break from the workforce to re-engage andre-start their careers. 

During the 12-week paid internship based in Mumbai, participants will work with colleagues and senior leaders across the Firm, as well as participate in training and networking events. On completion of the internship, participants may receive an offer of employment, basis performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Successful candidates are likely to have around five years or more experience in the financial services industry, or another relevant area and have been on a career break for two or more years
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • An interest in returning to the workforce full-time
