Settle 2021, launched by Co-operative School of Law (Thodupuzha) and MKMS in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi University and Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the High Court of Kerala comes to an end with a panel discussion on 27th March, 2021.
About the Organisers
Co-operative School of Law, Idukki, established in 2013, and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, is one of the emerging centres of academic excellence in the country. The students of the institution are consistently bagging all the top ranks in the University since its inception.
MKMS Education is an Indian incorporated company with interests in online education and publication and has been associated with several ASEAN projects on law.
About the Event
Settle 2021 is a virtual international mediation promotion campaign spanned over 30 days comprising of 4 international panel discussions, and workshops for students and lawyers. The final panel discussion that would be moderated by Shri. Rajesh Muttah will be graced by the esteem presence of Former Supreme Court Judge Justice AK Sikri and Sitting Kerala High Court Judge, Justice A Muhamed Mustaque. Supreme Court Advocate on Record, Dr Aman Hingorani and eminent mediators, Iram Majid and Kritika Krishnamurthy, will also form the part of the panel discussion.
Former Supreme Court Judge Justice Kurian Joseph will be the chief guest for the valedictory session.
