We are pleased to introduce “JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan” one of the premier universities in North India founded in 2012. In the year 2017, the University started the “School of Law” with the affiliation of the Bar Council of India (BCI). The School of Law, JECRC University has continuously strived to achieve excellence in legal education through many interactive teaching-learning processes with clinical opportunities and conducting various activities such as Expert Lectures, National Seminars, Workshops, and National Professional Training Development Programs (NPTDP) in specific time intervals.

Amicus Curiae, A Law Club of the School of Law, JECRC University is a club that is fairly active in conducting events to assist the law students in enhancing their comprehension, aptitude, and relevant skills. Earlier, We’ve taken initiatives to promote the process of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Cascading the Same, We’d organized National Bootcamp on Practices & Performances of Arbitration in which several eminent personalities graced their presence including Dr. Lalit Bhasin, Chair, CIARB India with the endorsement partners AIADR & Young MCIA.
About the Competition
Mediation is a popular remedy under Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, becoming more relevant & gaining importance nowadays specifically in this pandemic as it provides numerous benefits.
We are elated to inform you that Amicus Curiae, A Law Club of School of Law, JECRC University, Jaipur has planned to organize an “I JECRC National Mediation & Negotiation Competition, 2022” with the Event Partner Asia Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Malaysia (AIADR) providing the law students an enormously excellent opportunity to develop and enhance their negotiating and mediating skills.
