About Legal Internship
Wahed is offering an internship of three months at Mumbai Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing, reviewing, and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
- Securing compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
- Working alongside other departments within the company including HR, marketing, & technology
- Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
- Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
- Highlighting legal, operational, business & compliance risks to the company
- Ensuring understanding and interpretation of contractual agreements with respect to the completion of required duties
Eligibility
LLB or LLM student, preferably in their final year
Hard-working, pro-active, and a keen eye for detail
Available for a period of at least 3 months
Residing in Mumbai, India
Bonus: past internship experience in drafting
