About Krusha Bhatt

Krusha is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School, India.

She specialises in International Commercial and Competition Law from University of East Anglia, UK. She is a recipient of ‘International Office of Excellence Scholarship’ for her higher education from the UK. She holds a bachelor of Business Administration and Law (BBA- LL.B) degree from Auro University, India throughout which, she received merit based academic scholarships.

She is an official Member of Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration, International Council for Commercial Arbitration, and a volunteer at the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise.

Her interest lies into the fields of Competition Law and Policy, International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, International Economic and Trade Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy and Data Protection Laws, and Constitutional Law.

About the Opportunity

 Looking for a student who is interested in researching about workings of ‘Smart Contracts and Competition Law Implications’ for a project to work with me. The position is available as long as research assistance is required.
