In addition, the Legal Contract Analyst, Sr. conducts contract research and analysis projects to assist in advising on legal risks to our company in support of our business objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Contracts- Review, prepare, edit, draft and negotiate complex contracts (vendor and other third parties) to ensure the inclusion of appropriate provisions. Prepare contracts using forms and templates, as well as more complex, non-routine contractual terms and instruments, under supervision of Legal Counsel. Provide contract research, analysis and other support to assist special projects and contract-related inquiries, as requested by Legal Counsel. Apply (A) U.S. laws, rules, regulations, and guidance applicable to the Company and financial institutions, and (B) the Company’s Policies and Procedures to the review, preparation, editing, drafting, and negotiation of complex contracts and the support of Legal Counsel, Business Partners, and Subject Matter Experts.
Business relationships- Work with Business Partners and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure contractual agreements contain appropriate service levels, quality and security standards, performance metrics and financial penalties/incentives as required, as well as appropriate business and legal structures to minimize risk to the Company. Interface with Legal Counsel, and internal business and external partners, regarding contracts and contractual provisions. Establish and maintain vendor and Business Partner relationships through strong interpersonal skills. Understand, interpret and explain contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations to internal Business Partners.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment, some travel may be required.

About the role:-
The Trademark attorney is responsible to provide expert legal advice on the usage, protection, and enforcement of trademarks which are used to identify companies and their products and services.
Job responsibilities:-
1. Manage, protect and enforce portfolios of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and designs
2. Responsible for researching selected trademarks to check if they’re already in use across the globe, completing the prescribed procedures for the registration of new trademarks and enforcing trademark rights in the instance of infringements. Provide contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark litigation.
3. Provide legal advice on the registration and protection of trademarks in multiple jurisdictions, and preparing documentation and renewal notices across all jurisdictions where the trademark is registered.
4. Providing legal advice and expertise on licensing, brand identity and copyright issues
5. Negotiate in trademark disputes and take action on trademark infringement and passing off
6. Provide backup to the solicitors and barristers conducting a case if it comes to litigation
7. Managing and protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks and designs have been registered.
8. Taking appropriate action if clients’ trademark rights are broken. This could involve negotiation or providing support to solicitors if the case reaches court.
9. Advising on the transfer of trademarks and designs.
10. Should handle objection and hearing.
11. Legal drafting
12. Should be able to manage office legal issues related to any circumstances.
Experience required:- Min 3 years in same field
Salary:-: 20000 to 25000 and lucrative incentives
