About the International Arbitration Conference

The Moot Court Society, NLSIU Bangalore, in association with Trilegal, is organising the third edition of the NLS-Trilegal International Arbitration Conference on 16 May 2021. This year, the conference has two broad sessions focusing on international and domestic developments in arbitration. 

Partner at Trilegal, Anuradha Agnihotri, will moderate the first session on critical issues and challenges of Multi-Party and Multi-Contract Arbitrations. The distinguished panel includes Salim Moollan QC (Barrister, Essex Court Chambers), Promod Nair (Partner- Arista Chambers, Council Member- HKIAC) and Shaneen Parikh (Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas). 

Moderated by Trilegal’s Partner, Ashish Bhan, the second session covers Contemporary Issues on Interim Reliefs in Arbitration. It will include David Brynmor Thomas QC (Barrister, 39 Essex Chambers), Prasanna Mysore (Independent Consultant Arbitrator and Mediator), Gaurav Pachnanda (Senior Advocate) and Shwetha Bidhuri (Head, South Asia, SIAC) as panellists.
