Zyla has developed a personalized diabetes program powered by a deep learning-enabled “medical brain”, that analyzes millions of data points across the patient history in real-time to deliver the most accurate medical interventions across medications, diagnostics, nutrition and exercise. The Zyla program is delivered under a leading team of doctors with continuous monitoring on the Zyla mobile application. It involves a wide range of interventions from observing small habits to recommending necessary medical interventions.

About the Legal Internship

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on drafting legal agreements and contracts & negotiating with vendors and clients on finalizing the agreements
2. Synthesize the telemedicine guidelines and ensure that the organization is compliant with the same
3. Ensure compliance on confidentiality and data privacy matters (training of internal and external stakeholders)
4. Work on the maintenance of legal records and support leadership on IP matters, including trademark, patent, and open-source

Qualifications

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 22nd May’21 and 26th Jun’21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
