requirement: Law Graduate (BBA LLB/ B.COM LLB/ BA LLB/ LLB)

final semester of 3/5 year LLB

Duration

December 2021/January 2022 onwards

8 weeks of internship subject to extension basis assessment

Stipend

INR 10,000 Per Month

Mode

Work from office (5.5 days a week)
Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm including lunch hours
Location: Gurgaon Head Office (Residents of New Delhi/Gurgaon preferred)

Responsibilities

Assignments shall comprise of

1. Research and drafting around contract and IP (Trademark Laws);
2. Operational work around dispute resolution in matters of trademark infringement and counterfeit, employment, recoveries;
3. Research and drafting around internal SOPs;

Skills

1. Open to learning and development in general corporate advisory and management
2. Open to tasks/responsibilities/turnaround period of start-up culture
3. Open to diverse domains of business transactions in the beauty and wellness sector
