About the Internship Opportunity
Our Office is looking for interns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct any research required by the finance and legal team
- Research, draft and address opinions and queries that the legal team may receive from various business/production teams
- Draft, vet and finalize various NDAs, production and content license agreements, term sheets and MoUs
- Provide weekly updates about any new media laws, new cases and / or interesting updates in the media industry
- Ensure that Company’s production templates are up to date
- Prepare presentations, if any, as may be required by the legal and / or finance team
- Coordination between departments/ teams and follow ups, if any
- Coordinating and acting as a catalyst with our trademark attorney, handling the trademark portfolio and partaking in any trademark work as may be required by our attorney
- Prior knowledge of Intellectual Property Right laws and contract drafting is necessary
