Legal Internship Details

Candidates interested in litigation with a focus on criminal defence work may consider applying.

Prerequisites to apply for the internship position as below:

1. The candidates from Five Year Law Course and Three Year Law Course can apply for this position with the exception of students in the first year of their respective courses.
2. For candidates other than final year students, the minimum commitment towards the internship period is three (3) months. This period can be extended at will of both the firm and the candidate. For Final Year students, the minimum commitment towards the internship period is six (6) months. This period must be completed successfully in order to receive stipend, recommendation letter(s), certificate of internship etc.
3. The candidate is expected to work physically from our offices at Nariman Point, Mumbai and would be required to attend court proceedings regularly.
4. All internships position are paid as per the industry standards subject to successful competition of the internship period.
5. If candidates are required to attend virtual classes / lectures, they may do so during the internship, after sharing an advance schedule in this respect with the office administration.
6. The firm reserves its rights discontinue the internship if the performance is not as per expected standards of the firm.
