About Aishwarye Dubey:
Strongly believing in this adage, Aishwarye has moulded his professional career in a manner where his love for the defence and maritime sectors has placed him in a unique position. He is a specialist in Maritime (Commercial) Laws & Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation).
As a Maritime Strategist, Aishwarye specialises in the Law of Naval Warfare, the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), the San Remo Manual, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), SUA Convention, Maritime Terrorism, Underwater Cables and Privately Armed Security Personnel (on-board ships), Floating Armouries and has a deep understanding of the maritime security interests of India.
As a Maritime Law Professional, Aishwarye is empanelled as Member of the Board of Advisors of reputed Law Publications and Legal Startups to share his expertise in the domain of maritime law.
As a Guest Faculty, Aishwarye is involved with reputed Universities/Institutions to share his knowledge of Maritime Laws and thereby, enlighten the students about the ocean of opportunities that exist in the Maritime sector.
An ardent sports enthusiast, Aishwarye looks forward to learning from each experience that comes his way. Whether its a win or a loss, there is always something to learn from everything that an individual has to face.

Hiring four (4) Law Interns at Aishwarye Dubey’s office
Duration
1 January 2023 and terminate on 28 Feb 2023.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate(s) must have good research and drafting skills. The candidates can be law students (UG or PG) or an individual acquainted with the shipping fraternity.
She/he must be proficient in maritime legal concepts and have a penchant to learn about the practical aspects of the international shipping industry.
