About Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU)
The Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU, Shimla), was established by the State Government in the year 2016, by an Act of the Legislature (Act 16 of 2016). The University started functioning from 5th of October, 2016. The first batch of B.A.LL.B. students was inducted on the basis merit/score secured by them in different national level entrance tests. The University started its own Entrance Exam: HPNLET, in 2017-2018 and continued for academic session of 2018-2019 for admissions in various courses i. e. B.A.LL.B.; B.B.A. LL.B.; and LL.M. (One-Year Programme with two specializationsviz- Constitutional Law and Criminal Law) and Ph.D.Programmes.
The University has decided to join CLAT Consortium from the Academic Session 2019-2020. Presently, the University functions from the campus of Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy.
Located in the geographical terrains of Himalayas,HPNLU, Shimla, is the best place for study and learning in law, developing in students, understanding about law and legal system, topographies of law making, legal practice, and administration. Perhaps, climatic conditions and environmental privileges of its placement, makes the University one of the most sought-after law education institutions within three years of its coming into existence. The institution has attracted excellent set of teachers from all over India. The University is committed to provide inter disciplinary and practical/application based legal education keeping in view the requirements of overall developments of its students.
Under the academic and administrative leadership of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nishtha Jaswal, the team HPNLU is committed to achieve new heights in law education. The construction of buildings of the University is in advanced stage and before the start of next academic session, the University plans to shift to its new Campus.
About the Workshop
Amongst its variegated objectives, Himachal Pradesh National Law University ( HPNLU) aims to provide an outstanding platform where students, scholars and professors alike from various universities and colleges gather and share their valuable perspectives on various topics. With Humans being the core asset of a business, it is important to study every dimension of the resource as an asset. With this aim, the Centre of HRD of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, is pleased to announce a workshop on “Transactional Analysis”, to be held from 25th October to 31st October.
Those interested in participating in the workshop are requested to fill in the Google Form attached to this invitation.
Herein attached is also a brochure containing a brief introduction to the workshop and the topic at hand. Students, Research Scholars as well as Professionals from any field are requested to check out the brochure and fill in the registration form if interested.
Those registered will be sent a confirmation by 23rd October 2021.
