While we provide the level playing field, we only support meritorious claims. Litigation funding gives a validation to plaintiff claims and pushes defendants to look for alternatives as our underwriting process is very stringent. We strive to mitigate or minimize legal, economic, reputational, and collection risks for all invested partners by implementing careful underwriting and case-selection processes, as well as rigorous portfolio construction and monitoring.
About the Opportunity
As LegalPay continues to grow, we are looking for talented legal and risk resources to add to our legal and risk underwriting team. The legal and risk underwriting team strives to mitigate or minimize legal, economic, reputational, and collection risks for all invested partners by implementing stringent underwriting and case-selection processes, as well as rigorous portfolio construction and monitoring.
LegalPay values rigorous thinking, clear communication, and efficient execution and is committed to an inclusive workplace culture.
Core Responsibilities
1. Perform basic due diligence on cases
2. Write informative blogs on the topics allotted by the manager
3. Perform other ad-hoc activities as needed
Qualification
Final year students or fresh graduates from tier 1 or top law colleges
