ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONS
Iuris Jura is an e-learning platform started in the year 2020, with an objective to create legal awareness, and to abridge the gap between law aspirants and law professional. In the past two decades, India has witnessed a huge rise in the disputes resolving through arbitration. One of the significant factor which has led to such positive deviation is the changes introduced by the legislative bodies in concurrence with the judgements of the Supreme Court to minimize the interference of the Courts. Undoubtedly, the high demand of arbitration has also opened the floodgates of opportunities for the law aspirants to embark their journey on this field of law.
Keeping in mind the same, Iuris Jura is successful in bringing few of the young icons of the arbitrations in the country on board to share their skills on drafting of pleadings/applications under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. For details, see below:
