Responsibilities
- Do legal research and help prepare for presentations
- Takes notes during trial and give assistance to the lawyer in any way possible
- Maintain and draft day-to-day legal and compliances documentation
- Should be proficient in technological skills like word processing, presentation, Time Management, Billing.
- Should be able to cultivate relationships with colleagues and clients
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines
- Must have Knowledge on Corporate compliance drafting
