About the Opportunity
Taxpert Professionals is providing Internship opportunities for to students who have cleared or are pursuing LL.B.
Eligibility
- Candidates who have cleared LLB or Pursuing LLB would be preferred.
- Candidates who are available for a full time (in-office) Internship can apply
- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Technical skills required – MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Should have excellent drafting skills
Responsibilities
- Work on legal research on Indian tax laws, labour laws, and company law
- Assist in drafting, grounds of appeal, written submission letters and representation before GST, income tax, tribunals, and NCLT
- Drafting and vetting of commercial agreements, corporate MOUs, and service level agreements
- Assist in preparation of legal case studies for weekly presentation in various forum
- Work on the preparation of daily – law updates for internal and external circulation (companies act, income tax, GST, and labour laws)
- Handling of FEMA compliances And Filing of ROC returns
- Assisting secretarial routine matters
- Preparing legal opinion for income tax/GST matters
