About ABAP
The Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad is an organization of judges and lawyers which was founded in the backdrop of the emergency by eminent jurists such as Justice HR Khanna, Justice UR Lalit, Justice M Rama Jois, Justice Guman Mal Lodha and Shri Ram Jethmalani.
About the Competition
The Adhivakta Parishad is inviting Articles on the following themes from advocates, law students, research scholars, and academicians:

Publication
Selected articles will be published in the upcoming edition of the Quarterly Journal – Nyayapravah bearing ISSN No.: 2582-1733.
Awards & Certificates
1. E-certificates of participation will be provided to all the participants.
2. Book: Legal & Constitutional History of India – authored by Justice M. Rama Jois
3. Three best entries in each category shall be awarded with e-Certificates of merit along with a token Cash award, as delineated below:
Category A : 1st rank: ?4500; 2nd rank: ?3000; 3rd rank: ?2000
Category B : 1st rank: ?5500; 2nd rank: ?3500; 3rd rank: ?2500
Registration
All the participants are required to register themselves on the URL- CLICK HERE. There is no fee required for registration or submission.
Submission
Submission Link along with Submission Guidelines will be sent to the Authors who have registered successfully. All entries must be submitted on/before 10th September, 2022 at the link received via e-mail.
Declaration of Result
Results shall be declared on social media platforms of Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad. (Facebook: ABAP; Twitter: ABAP)
Submission Guidelines
1. The file must be in .doc/.docx format.
2. Language of the Article can be either English or Hindi.
3. Each submission must have its own Title on the basis of the topic selected.
4. The body of the submission must be in the format as specified. [Font: Times New Roman / Mangal (For Hindi), Size:12, Line-Spacing: 1.5, Alignment: Justified].
5. Submissions must contain footnotes, wherever required. All footnotes must be in the format as specified. [Font: Times New Roman / Mangal (For Hindi), Size: 10, Line-Spacing: 1.0, Alignment: Justified].
6. The word limit for the articles is 2500-3000 words.
7. An article can be co-authored by a maximum of two participants.
8. The file name of the submission must be as follows:
a. In case of Single Author – ‘<first name> <last name>’ e.g. Ram Kumar.docx
b. In case of Co-authors – ‘<first name of Author 1> & <first name of Author 2>’ e.g. Ram & Alok.docx
9. Citations should follow the ILI Style, and should be uniform across the article.
10. All rights arising from the submissions made by the participants are automatically vested in the Editor, Nyayapravah.
11. Non-compliance with either of the guidelines mentioned above will result in an automatic rejection of the submission.
12. The submissions should be the original work of the respective authors.
