About the opportunity

Selection Process

The selection process will not take into account the CV or law school. The criterion is a 2-page assignment to provide an equal chance to those with excellent research skills but who have not been able to publish yet.

The positions are based remotely.

I am looking for two Research Associates to work with me on the project who are currently in their 3rd year of law school or above.

The objective of the project is to design a framework for better dispute resolution mechanisms for SEBI with other sectoral regulators and reduce its litigation burden at the appellate level. Therefore, the project does not require any knowledge of corporate law.

The selected students will get the opportunity to learn the skills required for research softwares, the know-how of writing research proposals, applying for grants, qualitative and quantitative methods, and overseeing a project from inception to its completion

An honorarium of Rs. 4000 per month and due acknowledgement in the final paper will be given to each RA.
