Regularly appearing before Delhi High Court, District Courts in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon, Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Arbitral Tribunals, Appellate Tribunal For Electricity (APTEL), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Consumer Forums/ Commissions, various quasi Judicial Tribunals & Judicial Tribunals including National Commission for Women (NCW), National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), News Broadcasters Standards Authority (NBSA), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and also from time to time at other High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals in India.
Well versed with SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Debt Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, CPC, CrPc, Evidence Act, TRAI Act among others. Experience in handling voluminous matters of high stakes.
