About the PCGT Youth Parliament
We, at PCGT, strive to promote good governance, sadbhavna in citizens, and ethical values amongst the youth. PCGT successfully organized the first edition of the Conclave in 2021 on the theme “Unity in Diversity” and hosted eminent speakers such as Mr. Jawhar Sircar, Mr. Aspi Chinoy, and Mr. Satish Sahney.
Public Concern for Governance Trust (PCGT) is a registered trust founded by Mr. Julio Ribeiro, Dr. R.K. Anand, and the late Mr. B.G. Deshmukh to increase public participation and activism towards creating a more transparent and efficient governance system.
In furtherance to its vision and mission, PCGT has organized three successful editions of the National Youth Parliament and we are back with the Fourth edition in association with Pravin Gandhi College of Law (PGCL). Our Conference theme for this Edition is ‘Youth for Progressive India: ????, ????, ??????.’. We would like to invite all emerging and young leaders from schools, junior colleges, undergraduate and postgraduate colleges across India to register for PCGT National Youth Parliament.

Lok Sabha –Deliberation on Agrarian Reforms in India
Rajya Sabha – Discussion on public-private partnerships as a resolution to economic challenges in India
Maharashtra Legislative Assembly –Implementation and functioning of the State Wise Climate Action Plans and subsequent State Council for Climate Change
All India Political Parties Meet –Deliberation on Police Reforms in India
All India Stakeholders Meet (School Committee) –Discussion on Primary & Secondary Education in India with special emphasis on the National Education Policy, 2020

NOTE: English and Hindi will be the languages used for all the Committees and Marathi will be the primary language for the ‘Maharashtra Legislative Assembly’ Committee.
The Cash Prizes for winners in each Committee are as follows:
• Best Parliamentarian: RS 7,000
• High Commendation: Rs 5,000
• Special Mention: RS 3,000
• Best Reporter: RS 3,000
Apart from a Stellar Executive Board and exciting Cash Prizes, the ‘Best Delegation’ will be awarded a Cash Prize of Rs 10,000!
