About IJALR
It is an International, Quarterly, Peer-Reviewed, an online journal which provides an interactive platform for the publication of Short Articles, Long Articles, Book Reviews, Case Comments, Research Papers, Essays in the field of Law. It is a platform to promote legal research among the law students across India.
About the Course
From the Certificate Course, one will understand the basis of IBC. It is a subject that fascinates most of us.

Course Structure
1- Introduction to Insolvency, Evolution of Insolvency
2- Nature of securities and debt recovery framework in India
3- Introduction to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016; legal regulatory framework in post Covid times
4- Bankruptcy of individuals and partnership firms
5- Developing practical skill sets insolvency law and entrepreneurship.

19th February to 27th February, 2022
Certificate
All the participants will be given an e-certificate after the successful completion of the course.
