About SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law
Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. SVKM has always been committed to the cause of providing high-quality education at various levels. From its humble beginnings in 1934, when it adopted the Rashtriya Shala, a school established in 1921 in the wake of the National Movement; the Mandal today has grown into a large educational enterprise imparting high-level education to more than 32,000 students.
The ethos of the Mandal is marked by patriotic fervour, selfless service and the spirit of indigenous enterprise has its genesis in the days of India’s struggle for freedom.
Public Concern for Governance Trust in association with SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law proudly presents to you a One-Day Online Training Programme on Right to Information (RTI) and Right to Services (RTS).

Features of the Training Programme
PCGT has successfully organized two editions of the annual one-day RTI & RTS Training Programme in February 2020 (offline) and March 2021 (online). This training programme on RTI/RTS is one of its kind because:
• Participants will receive holistic training – not just about the importance of RTI/RTS but also the governance and constitutional background along with recent amendments and the DOs and DON’Ts of filing an application.
• Certificates shall be awarded to the participants who file at-least one RTI Application after the Training.
• The training will be provided by persons who are highly experienced in the working and implementation of RTI and RTS.
